How to register
Do these 3 steps in order, before 20 October, 6 PM.

Download, print and sign
Every member signs the last page of the Terms & Conditions. Then take a clear photo or scan of every page.
Step 2 of 3
Pay the registration fee
Pick your category (a band of 3 picks Trio). Save your Payment ID (it starts with pay_), you will need it in Step 3.
Step 3 of 3
Fill the registration form
One form per act. Keep your audition file (up to 2 min), signed T&C, masked Aadhaar of every member and your Payment ID ready.
Fill this only after Steps 1 and 2. Paying alone is not a registration.
After you submit, you get an “Entry Received” email, then “Payment Confirmed”. Your audition result comes within 2 days.

Who can enter?+
Performers from West Bengal, Sikkim, the North-Eastern States, Bihar, Odisha and Jharkhand. There is no minimum age. Anyone under 18 is registered by a parent or guardian, who must also be present at the venue.
Can I enter as a Solo and also in a Duo or Trio?+
No. It is one entry per person per edition.
Can I perform as a band?+
Yes. A band can have up to 3 members and enters in the Trio category (₹700). A band of 2 enters as a Duo. Bands with more than 3 members cannot enter this edition.
What do I need to register?+
Your audition (one audio or video file, up to 2 minutes), the signed Terms & Conditions, a masked Aadhaar of every member (free from the UIDAI website), your Payment ID, and the Parent / Guardian Consent Form if anyone is under 18. PAN is optional.
Where is the competition held?+
Love You Zindagi Café, 1st Floor, Shop No. 27/28, Planet Mall, Sevoke Road, Siliguri – 734001. Sound checks start at 2:00 PM, and performances run 4:30 – 9:00 PM.
Do I have to be in Siliguri to take part?+
Your audition is online. If you are selected, you perform on stage at the café from 23 to 28 October.
Can I come from outside Siliguri?+
Yes. Performers from West Bengal, Sikkim, the North-Eastern States, Bihar, Odisha and Jharkhand can enter.
Which genres can I perform?+
This edition focuses on Retro and Contemporary (modern) songs. Classical music is not part of this edition. Vocal, Instrumental, and Vocal + Instrumental acts all compete together for the same prizes.
Which languages are allowed?+
Any language.
Can I perform any song, including my own?+
Yes, you can choose any song. It can be an existing song or your own composition, as long as it fits Retro or Contemporary and is suitable for a general audience.
How much does it cost?+
Solo ₹300, Duo ₹500, Trio ₹700. A band of up to 3 members enters as a Trio. Tip: pay with a bank-linked UPI app or a card. Wallet apps may not work. Pay using the link for your category in Step 2.
I paid for the wrong category. What now?+
Please do not pay again. WhatsApp Priskila and she will send you a small top-up link.
My payment failed. What should I do?+
Please pay again using a bank-linked UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM), or use a debit or credit card or netbanking. Wallet apps such as FamPay may not work for this payment. If any money was deducted, it is refunded automatically within 5–7 working days. Still stuck? WhatsApp Priskila on +91 75839 29269.
What if I am not selected at the audition?+
Your fee minus a ₹100 processing fee is refunded to your original payment method within 1 week of the result. You may audition again in the next edition by paying the re-attempt fee.
What if the date changes?+
If we move the competition and you cannot attend, you get a full refund including the ₹100 fee. Tell us within 48 hours of the announcement. We will announce any change on Instagram and by email and WhatsApp.
When will I hear back?+
You get an “Entry Received” email straight away, then “Payment Confirmed” once we have checked your documents. Your audition result comes within 2 days, by email and WhatsApp.
How long is my performance?+
15 minutes per act, including setup. You can perform up to 3 songs, but you cannot repeat a song you performed in an earlier round.
What equipment will be provided?+
We provide a drum kit, an amplifier and a sound-mixing deck. Please bring your own instruments, cables and accessories. Send backing tracks to us in advance, and carry a backup on your phone and a pen drive.
What time should I arrive?+
Sound checks run from 2:00 PM (10 minutes per act) and performances run 4:30 – 9:00 PM. Please report at your sound-check time. Your exact slot is shared in your brief.
What do performers get?+
A complimentary burger and drink for every member on every day you perform, plus 10% off anything extra you order.
Can my friends and family get a discount?+
Yes. You get a Supporter Code for each round you perform in. Any table with at least one guest from your list gets 10% off the total bill on your performance day. WhatsApp Priskila each guest’s name and phone number by 6 PM the day before.
Will my performance be recorded or livestreamed?+
Yes, all performances are livestreamed and recorded, and consent is a condition of entry. Minors are shown by first name and city only and are never tagged.
